Do you have a dog 5 years or older that you've been meaning to bring to the gym but didn't want them to get overwhelmed or annoyed by younger pups? We are excited to host this 'senior session' -- just $12 per dog, drop-in, no reservation required. Staff will be on-hand to show you how to get your ‘old dog’ to try new things — including our agility course, balance equipment and more!

Frolick Dogs -- a new canine sports club located just outside Washington DC in the dog-friendly town of Alexandria, VA -- provides an indoor space where you can bring your dogs year-round to stay fit, strengthen your bond, reinforce good behavior, and have fun! With expert guidance on how to exercise your dogs based on breed, group, age or ability and access to exciting equipment such as treadmills, balance boards, and an agility course, Frolick Dogs also builds a community of dog enthusiasts by hosting meet-ups, playgroups, parties and other social events. Services include gym memberships, day boarding, agility training, self-grooming, wellness seminars, space rental and more.
